“As I walked down the rough lane and saw the farm in the afternoon sun for the first time, I knew my stay would be everything that I had hoped, and so it turned out to be…”
Clive Walker, Derby
Croeso
Welcome to our
lovely farm.

BED AND BREAKFAST
Our
170-year old Welsh farmhouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in three
bedrooms. With en-suite bathrooms, there is a ground floor family
suite (double & single in 2 rooms) and a double bedroom upstairs. The
bathrooms have baths and showers. Guests have exclusive use of the
dining room, which has a log burner, sofas and games. An extra bed can
be put in the smaller room to accommodate young children.
Our visitors enjoy crisp 100% cotton sheets, a selection of organic teas and coffee, local or homemade snacks and fresh flowers in the rooms. Our filtered spring water is delicious and in rare times of drought will be substituted with local bottled water. Free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
Breakfast is served any time before 10am and includes freshly squeezed juice, organic free-range eggs from the farm, home cured bacon & homemade sausages (using local organic pork), homemade bread made with organic welsh flour, homemade marmalade, local honey & jams. We are avid foodies! We provide a full menu for breakfast and evening meals, and we can feed non-staying guests. Please ask to see a menu
We are ideally placed for the very best of everything Welsh. There are castles, wonderful beaches, spectacular cliff top walks, birds, wildlife and rolling countryside. The farm itself is at the head of a striking valley that drops away to the Teifi River beyond, with its angling, canoeing & picnic walks. There are many rambles from the farmhouse, so don’t forget your wellies! Newcastle Emlyn is our beautiful local market town, and is only 10 minutes drive away.
There’s a very good pub a couple of miles away in Penrhiwllan, and we would be happy to reserve a table for you there (and offer a taxi service). Alternatively, an evening meal can be provided at the farm, please just ask in the morning. We can baby-sit for a small fee, or can provide candle-lit dinners for adults to enjoy whilst the sleeping children are within earshot. You are welcome to bring your own drinks, (or take advantage of our shop).
